The International Finance Corporation – Learning Performance Institute (IFC-LPI) course draws from IFC’s Principles of Learning and is delivered via a network of regional Master Trainers and models best practice behaviours and skills. Upon completion of this course, participants qualify to apply for IFC-LPI’s Trainer Performance Monitoring and Assessment (TPMA), an internationally recognized trainer certification.
